Active with the Mouvement Social since 1970, Kamal was member of the Board in 2002-2004, before joining back since 2018 to date.
He is a Dentist, with a degree in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
A union activist in laws amendment, he developed a leave system for clinics and established the Kesrouan League.
